我司提供的環(huán)氧樹脂絕緣干式變壓器具有以下特點：

抗短路能力和耐候性強(qiáng)：低壓采用箔式線圈，高壓采用分段圓筒線圈，線圈澆注在環(huán)氧樹脂中，線圈采用先進(jìn)的定向凝膠技術(shù)，使環(huán)氧樹脂凝膠反應(yīng)透徹?zé)o應(yīng)力積聚。具有極好的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和耐候性。

過載能力強(qiáng)，阻燃性好：采用國際先進(jìn)的飽和填料薄絕緣環(huán)氧樹脂真空澆注技術(shù)，使產(chǎn)品具有更大的散熱容量和良好的阻燃性能。

耐熱等級高：采用H級環(huán)氧樹脂，具有更好的耐熱性能。

局部放量小：真空澆注壓力浸滲工藝和均勻的場強(qiáng)設(shè)計，避免了澆注時殘留氣泡，局部放電量很小。

環(huán)境適應(yīng)性：帶填料環(huán)氧樹脂材料與線圈導(dǎo)體的熱脹系數(shù)更加接近，氣溫或負(fù)載聚變不會引起樹脂開裂，致密的環(huán)氧樹脂絕緣保護(hù)層具有百分百的防潮防水性。

High heat resistance grade: H grade epoxy resin is adopted, which has better heat resistance.

Small local discharge: vacuum pouring pressure infiltration process and uniform field strength design, avoid residual bubbles during pouring, local discharge is very small.

Environmental adaptability: the packed epoxy resin material is closer to the thermal expansion coefficient of the coil conductor, the temperature or load fusion will not cause cracking of the resin, and the dense epoxy resin insulation layer has 100% moisture and water resistance.
